From a humble background in Komenda in Fanteland, Kusaka began in 2005 cooking dishes only from fresh organic farm products for hungry travelers who stopped by to rest. As words of our healthy dishes begun to spread, our dishes got to the hands of people from all walks of life. Throughout the years, Kusaka food industries have mastered the art and science of producing healthy mouth watering dishes to a selected few.
In 2018, a decision was made to share our healthy dishes to the world. The recipes for all our dishes have been carefully crafted by nutritionist to first and foremost, satisfy the health concerns of our customers before satisfying their tongue. We make sure to add at-least 8 different fresh herbs to all our dishes.
